Hiday & Ricke P.A. Absolutely, the most crooked company I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!! JACKSONVILLE Florida

  So, 2 years before my ex-fiancé and I got together, he had a repossession occur. About 6 months after we started dating he co-signed on a vehicle with me because my car was having some issues & we were worried around but he safety if my 2 children. Mind you, I paid for my previous vehicle IN FULL MYSELF, BEFORE WE STARTED DATING! Well, 3 years later, I decide to trade in my vehicle, only to find out that there was a lein on it from Hiday & Ricke P.A. through Vystar, WITHOUT A COURT APPEARANCE NOTIFICATION!!!! (Which is illegal).

So, we called Vystar to ask about the lein, especially since my car was financed and already had a lein with the original loan holder. Vystar was very helpful & gave us a contact number. When we called the contact number for Hiday & Ricke, they were EXTREMELY RUDE & DEGRADING. I asked if I could speak with them about the situation, since the property was technically MY INVESTMENT, but they refused, even with my ex's approval. How can a company REFUSE to speak to the Co owner of a property?!?! And how can they apply a lein when we aren't even married?!?!?! IT'S NOT MY DEBT! If it decide to take this to court, there isn't a judge in the state of Florida that will take a single mother, of 3 children's, only mode of transportation away!!!! I suggest that as soon as you hear from this company, lawyer up. That's what I'll be doing. I'll also be filing a formal complaint with the B.B.B
