I had order a pair of 10" pioneer subs from this company on 10/21 expecting to receive them in a timely manner. A week later, still no word, inquired about the order was told they were on back order, fair enough. A week later, inquired again, was told on 11/7 that they were to ship on 11/12. 11/12 inquired again, no response until 11/14, they still have no idea where they are, and they offered to cancel out the order, I agreed. 11/17, I contacted them to verify that they indeed canceled it, they verified cancellation. 11/25, I receive an email from UPS saying that hifisoundconnection is shipping the 'canceled' order. I e-mail them immediately, bringing everything to their attention, including all e-mail correspondence, their response, they copy and pasted their self-serving return policy. Return what? The Order was canceled a week and a half before it was complete! I emailed them again, w/ the only response saying that if I refuse the order, I will be charged shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee on an order they offered to cancel, I canceled, and they verified?
I try calling their 'customer service' line all day, left a message, no response. Keep trying, the one time I get through, I explain the situation to the rep, he puts me on hold, a minute later, he hangs up. Try calling back for the remainder of the day, all I get is a message saying The answer service is full, and hangs up? Not even an automated switchboard or anything. Good luck trying to get a response from their e-mail, all I got was vague, redundant answers, from they same customer service rep, the one who offered to cancel the order, was the same who responded to just now tell that that cancellation is not on file, even after I forward the original e-mails.
About to join the countless others who filed a report with the better business bureau, to whom of which they have a very poor rating.

My suggestion, do not order from this site, the prices may look appealing, but customer service is NON-EXISTENT!
This company apparently has major internal issues which the apparently take out on the customer. I do a lot of online shopping, and I have never caught so much flak from any other company, than this one!
I'm not one to bother writing reviews or anything like that for that matter, but in this case, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!

Save yourself losing your hard earned money, and wasting your precious time to this shady company, buy from someone else!!!!!!!
