I am writing this complaint against High 5 Games which operates an online casino on Facebook. When the company first appeared on Facebook, the game was very enjoyable, so much I spent money to play and hopefully level up further. Within a few days, the game began to act up: Reels would not spin correctly, pays would not get credited, game would freeze, and the most upsetting thing, which several other hundred players have complained about is the game pretty much stopped paying. Over several thousands spins consistently did not pay, it was pretty much a money pit.
When you complain about the site on their Facebook, the company will delete your comment, even though no rules were broken and block you from commenting again. I have tried to reach out to the company several dozen times, and have received no responses. A typical response on their Facebook page to customers complaining are: We show no record of your email to us or We're short staffed and will respond to you as soon as possible...and they never do. While I understand it's "gambling" I also understand that it is illegal to alter reels in games, and since High 5 touts that they are "certified" with the Nevada Gaming Board, which suspiciously they removed from their game page after several folks including myself threatened to file a complaint with the gaming commission.
I will also note that their game does not operate correctly, reels will stick causing a loss to the player or freeze up in the bonus round if you trigger it, causing you to lose your bonus. Yet High 5 continues to market their game, without fixing all known issues before charging players for additional coins. I would strongly warn any consumers from using the site or purchasing coins as you will quickly feel the pinch of "Bait and Switch." If my narrative appears untruthful, you can go to: https://www.facebook.com/High5Casino and see the constant flow of negative comments, and the company using the fact that they are in "Beta" mode which is test  mode, to claim they basically can operate with a product that is not fair or does not work properly.
