High class universe I ordered a doggie Bank for my daughter for Christmas back in November, no location on the bank and they won't return my emails. Internet

 I order a doggie Bank for my daughter on line in November. The money was taken me out right away with confirmation that it was in the process of shipping. I still haven't received any information about the doggie Bank or the refund of my money. I have sent them 3 mails with nour response.
