Well the "truf" is finally starting to come out.  This HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP that the food industry in America has been shoving down americans throats for the last 50 years or so, is the cause of all that obesity and pot bellys and all the health risks that go along with it.  Simply because the U.S. dont want to buy sugar from their next door neighbor Cuba.  Wake up people!

The u.s. has no problems buying over 90% percent of their crap from china, but when it comes to a healthier alternative for the food consumers eat, its a big NO! for importing from our own back yard!

Dont WASTE YOUR TIME dieting, trying all the health gimmicks, and weightloss pills, thats just what they want you to do!  Billions of dollars in profits and wasted time energy and money for the average american!

Put the corn in your gas tank, and quit carrying around that "spare tire"!

Demand real sugar in your food!, get wise and get your health back!

P.S. Keep your eyes peeled for my next brain shocking report, "METAL FILLINGS AND YOUR BALD HEAD!"

ANY ALTERNATIVE IS AN ALTERNATIVE

AUTHOR: Lesley Wolfgang Jackson - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 23, 2010

Although I mainly wanted to address the fact that HFCS is a manmade less healthy alternative to NATURAL sugar, seems some are pissed that I suggest we use it in our gas tanks. WAKE TF UP! Corn is a RENEWABLE source of energy dm'a*s, which means that it can still be used long after all the gas is gone, which seems to make it a good idea afterall, unless YOU have a BETTER idea, then please share. I didnt say it would be cheaper or more efficient, but an alternative is an alternative. I saw a video on boobtube of a guy that supposedly was running his escort on water. Well I suppose if that became the norm, the price of water would skyrocket too moron. Anyways I live in America and food is relatively cheap, I dont give a d**n what the what stupid foreignors have to pay for our food.

P.S. Adolph, get those metal fillings removed and start growing your hair BACK!

Good grief

POSTED: Monday, December 13, 2010

Robert, you're starting to sound like Karl with his ridiculous obsessions.  It seems you have become obsessed with Ronny G.

Good grief, let it go, people here can decide for themselves if someone is credible or not. Your rantings are starting to become counter productive.  You have a lot to offer people, don't let a petty obsession ruin all that.

Don't fall for what???

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 12, 2010

I simply APOLOGIZED for my response to a reply. I have NEVER, EVER claimed to be a self "anointed" (although he probably meant to type "appointed") editor, hypocrite, liar or moderator on this stupid website.

I do not know where Robert from Buffalo is getting this idea that I am encouraging any "phoney", (although he probably meant to type "phony")... stance.

I think this Robert has a PERSONAL vendetta against me judging by what he has stated here...that he is one of the idiots that is not bright enough to make a SIMPLE purchase at BestBuy, or ebay without it leading to conflict and drama and issues....fortunately, MILLIONS and MILLIONS of others can...and either way..it has no real meaningful effect on my life. I am in the craftsman/training/technical side of the industry so I mock and laugh at most of the ridiculous retail related complaints.

I can not apologize for others stupidity or ignorance..but CERTAINLY if I have attacked or offended someone and it was not justified..I can, WILL, and DO admit it, and take PERSONAL responsibility. How is that wrong?

So, if Robert from Buffalo (BTW if you have not already noticed..he is the "one" I was referring to), has made his case based on a link to a report I posted regarding scam advertisements, or my responses to a priceshuffle report (no shortage of reports against that scam site here)..then I leave the conclusion of my character to the evidence as stated.

Steve, you do not have to accept my apology of course....but if you decide not to, I hope it is not based on what this internet stalker Robert from buffalo is saying...trust in this..he does NOT care about you...or anyone who lodges reports here, or ANY businesses that are wrongfully accused and disparaged here.

ALL he seems to care about..is trolling this site to find ANY and EVERY report I respond to..and find a way to discredit me and slander me personally. I have asked him time and again for a reason why..but he will not answer..nor will he EVER seem to debate me like a man on a legitimate point.

So what does that tell you? Or any of us? It is not like I am hiding. I am RIGHT here..ask away.

Don't fall for it Steve.

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 12, 2010

I see you've met our self-anointed ROR editor, hypocrite and liar.

Don't fall for his phoney victim stance.  Rozzy's been polluting ROR for over a year now harassing darn near anyone who posts a complaint about Best Buy and his beloved PayPal/Ebay.

He dishes is out but he certainly can't take it.  He especially hates it when someone brings attention to his lies and hypocrisy by bringing to light HIS POSTINGS and HIS WORDS.

You can see his recent lie here, ROR 665769

http://www.ripoffreport.com/internet-fraud/unknown/unknown-i-am-a-giant-sucker-f3568.htm

You can see a sterling example of his reading comprehension shortcomings on ROR 659812-he blames the author of the report for his reading problems.

Also..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 12, 2010

..I want to apologize to you Steve. I know what it feels like to be "hall monitored" here. There are a few (and one in particular), that watch me like a hawk on this site..and seem to derive some kind of pleasure out of finding any mistakes I make on this site, and then blowing it out of proportion, using it to attack and insult me..and even get personal...very personal..it seems some (or one at least) will devote ALL of his free time "monitoring" this site...and seems to mostly respond to posts to attack me..he rarely  addresses the issue or report or takes a real stance on a side. Just points out any mistakes I made, embellishes other things about me from the past..and even leaves links to old posts that no one cares about, but he seems to have some kind of "arsenal" on file here that he uses to attack me...way to spend your time?

I have no excuse in this case and I gave them ammunition to further discredit me, and I am sure they..or at least "he" will. I am aware others have mentioned ethanol, and that even the OP states "put the corn in your gas tank and quit carrying around the spare tire"..

So I admit the OP has implied ethanol in the report, even though it is quite obvious this report is not endorsing ethanol, but condemning HFCS.

You do not seem to need any posse to help defend you or pounce on me, you put me in my place very well and it was deserved. I made the fatal mistake of responding to a reply without reading the entire post..and hence will endure a case of foot in mouth.

Hope you are okay with this reply, I really should not have responded to you the way I did, you were right, and I was dead wrong.

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 12, 2010

It seems the intent and topic of this report is to expose the health hazards of HFCS. Evidence does show this is causing obesity and other health problems.

But I guess if we turn it into a debate about Ethanol it will do just has much good. Discuss away.

REALLY??? Ronny G?? Are you the hall monitor here?

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Hey Ronny G, you need to look at responses #1 and #3. They directly reference Ethanol from corn and/or corn subsidies and trade.

Better learn how to read a*swipe. Put down the beer and the crackpipe.

Uhhh..Steve..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 12, 2010

This report and the replies are not regarding oil dependency...but obesity due to high fructose corn syrup. There is no discussion or debate as per running our motor vehicles, but simply what the American citizens have been buying into as a "food" source" which has done nothing but cause health problems and premature deaths.

Ethanol IS the "answer", BUT not from corn

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 11, 2010

Ethanol is the only viable solution to break us from foriegn oil dependency, BUT using corn to make that Ethanol is NOT the answer.

Ethanol from GARBAGE is good, Ethanol from ALGAE is good.

FYI...Some parts of Mexico, and MOST of South America have been using Ethanol for about 35 years now. Look at the price of gas in those areas. The prices are at rock bottom.

The real solution here is to fix the price of a bushel grain being sold to any oil producing nation to the price of a barrel of oil being sold to us. That would solve the problem overnight.

Just do what I do..

AUTHOR: Ronny g - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 10, 2010

..fortunately I was raised by health conscience parents. I do not always eat as healthy as I should I admit out of convenience..but my simple rule of thumb when I food shop is this..

I buy NOTHING that has any ingredients that end in "ose", I buy nothing that comes in a box, and I try to buy foods that only have one ingredient...and that should be what the food is. My mom never allowed soda in the house, so I got used to drinking water when I am thirsty.

So although I would say the intent of this report was good, anyone who is aware of what a human body was meant to consume to survive, was already aware of what to avoid. Those who do not care..will continue to consume fructose...and sugar as well. There is nothing heatlhier about "processed" white sugar and it is just as much a cause of obesity as corn syrup. If I use sugar which is rare, it is raw sugar only. I will occasionally use it in coffee if they do not have vanilla or natural raw honey.

And yes, I would agree..dieting does not work unless it is something you can live with for a lifetime. I do not claim to be a dietitian, doctor or diet/weightloss expert, I am only stating what I do to avoid the obesity and it seems to work. I am not overweight, and I eat all I want, I just avoid the processed sugars and "oses" as much as possible and do not allow it in my home.

Nothing to do with Cuba.

AUTHOR: Flynrider - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 10, 2010

"Simply because the U.S. dont want to buy sugar from their next door neighbor Cuba. Wake up people! "

HFCS has replaced sugar because it is an extremely cheap sweetener.  Much less expensive that cane or beet sugar.

By the way, it's not 50 years, closer to 30.   HFCS was more expensive than sugar until the government changed its subsidy policy (in the 70s) to pay massive subsidies for corn growers to grow more corn than anyone could ever consume.  In addition to HFCS, that corn is now a source of cheap cattle feed (which is not healthy for the cows or that hamburger you just ate) and ethanol (which is a ridiculous excuse for a  motor fuel).

Basically, there is nothing good that has come out of the government's flawed subsidy policies on corn, but as long as the subsidies keep flowing, something will have to be manufactured out of the mountains of cheap, inedible corn that result.

Interesting

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, December 10, 2010

"Put the corn in your gas tank". A gallon of 85% ethanol gets 25 to 35% FEWER miles per gallon than a gallon of "real" gas. So you'll be wasting billons of dollars by using E85. I don't know what moron came up with THAT idea(maybe Al Gore) but it's pretty much accepted that it was a very stupid idea. LOOK at what it's done to the price of corn. Look at what the price of corn has done to just about everything corn goes into, including the skyrocketing price of beef. I remember last year or so when a good cut of meat was $8 or $10 a pound. The other day I saw it at $18 to $22 a pound. I think corn's up like 400%. Last I read, most of those get rick quick ethanol plants have or are shutting down. Lived up to the hype as much as that POS chevy volt. Can't hardly wait for your next "truf".
