This complaint is against High Voltage Arcade and its owner. This shady company is supposely an arcade but the arcade owner/manager is so corrupt, liar, biggoted, racist, bias, prejudice, it could be a front company for organized crime or  shell company. Hate to see what it is really is funding. On the last Friday of July 2016, Chateau D Bakersfield an adult day program for special needs adults called this arcade to tell them they wanted to access the arcade. This company advertises that it can host birthday parties and events but apparently that service is not available to special needs persons. Indeed Hitler would smile on this arcade. The arcade is supposed to open 11am but apparently only if you are Arian Nation aproved customer. When Chateau arrived they waited an the arcade owner never arrived to open the arcade. There was also another day program NAPD that was also denied access to arcade. When someone called later about only 20 minutes after both programs left the man answering the phone said he did not open because he had issues that morning implying he had not opened because there was a group of special needs adults who wanted to access his arcade who he did not want to service. In fact he did have issues he is so prejudice/extreme he intentionally did not open the arcade because disabled adults wanted to use his business. This reminds me of the Pennsylvania swim club that denied a inner city group of African-American kids access to their swim club some years back. They too had "issues" when a group consisting colored children wanted to use their pool. 

 Like the swim club, the Arcade owner is definitely a biggot/racist for denying access and lying to two groups of special needs adult programs and probably a neo n**i. Bakersfield has plenty of them. In fact the East Hills mall is probably only open to serve as a front to criminal organizations/front ccompanies. Most legitimate retail stores are long gone, half the mall is closed, there is no place to eat, this place looks very shady, it is not likely this place does not have sufficient income that is legitimate to operate. The arcade owner lied and openly engaged in unlawful discrimination. I don't recommend this establishment and it is not family friendly. This companies actions caused emotional DISTRESS to two day programs. I hope this place goes out of business. It is a repeat of the Old School discrimination just like the Philadelphia swim club discrimination incident
