High5Scooters AKA high 5 scooters, high5scooters.com High5scooters defrauded my 84 years old father. Scam stay away from www.high5scooters.com Clearwater Florida

 I wish to tell everybody how badly the high5scooters.com treated my father.

He purchased an electric scooter from high 5 scooters and his credit card was charged twice. He then called the company and talked to Susan who said that she will look into it. After two weeks nothing happened so my father had to call the police department for help.

Finally the high5scooters.com solved the problem but they still had not shipped the EW-36L electric scooter he had paid for at http://www.high5scooters.com/productinfo/ew36.htm

The company said that the scooter is shipped from the Ewheels company located in an other state and they did not have it on stock!!! The high5scooters is just a drop shipper so they have no products on stock whatsoever. Nobody told my father about it!

I checked out that Ewheels and found some disturbing information about them at http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/motor-scooters-dealers/electric-wheels-in-houston-tx-90019010/complaints/   and also at other places.

After about four weeks, the scooter had finally arrived - wrong color sent without the battery charger.

My father was really upset and requested the situation resolved but he could not receive any help from high5scooters.com

He had to send a letter to the BBB for help. BBB could not help either because they are just a for-profit organization and had no legal rights at all.  Stay away from these people as far as you just can and purchase your scooter from a company who actually has these products on stock, preferable from the manufacturer.
