Higher One the incompetent morons that weeks longer than stated New Haven Connecticut

For my Financial Aid, someone at my school had the bright idea to use Higher One. I was scheduled to recieve my money August 17th yet, it is now August 28th and I still have nothing. Their justification in holding my money was a CIP Hold. I turned in these documents and after 3 days I was told they weren't legible and could not be used.

Even though Higher One did not specifically disclose how pictures should be taken, I chocked it up as a loss and returned the documents in the proper format. Of course I have nothing better to do than to wait 3 more business days for someone to look at 3 pieces of paper. Today's the third business day and I recieved an email telling me that it'd take even longer to process.

I've been in contact with customer service about 5 times, and totally useless brain dead idiots does not even begin to cover it. When in contact with the customer service reps 4/5 did not help me. The only representitive that could help me was when I specifically requested a supervisor.

I've had multiple bank accounts with different banks and none of them have even come close to how long Higher One takes. I don't think they realize that people depend upon their service and withholding money due to incompetence on their end is completely ridiculous. I've been in class for two weeks and I still dont have books, this has to be a joke.
