Very, very poor service. Will not honor warranty for glasses with a blemish in them. Office manager hung up on me when I called to discuss.

I had my staff research the name of the individual listed in the complaint, a Mike Kingman. There is NO RECORD of such a patient in our practice. I find it interesting that this individual lists Arizona as his place of residence, while our office is in Colorado.
Please know that we take pride at Highlands Ranch Optical in providing nothing but the HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. INTEGRITY is our motto and we ALWAYS honor warranties of the products we sell (contrary to what the report claims).
