Hillbilly Holler Newspaper Tony aka Bill E. Hill Total Ripoff Maidsville, West Virginia

We received an apology notice from Hillbilly Holler Newspaper - Tony aka Bill E. Hill stating that he was sorry for not sending out the newspaper for the last six months or more.  Our subscription was up and due and so we renewed it by credit card & paypal on 5-11-10.  I contacted paypay but because I waited pass their 45 days they can not help us.  We really enjoyed the paper.  As of this date 07-13-10 we have not received any papers.  We have called, tried to email and etc.  We would like our $35.00 back or at least get the paper again.
