I don't even want to give 1 star! Spent $90,000 and get treated like crap! NO customer SERVICE on THEIR faulty products! We made a service apt. 2 weeks in advance - dropped on on 6/27, explained we needed back no LATER then 6/12 and was told today they haven't even looked at it and the part would take 3 weeks to get!! (The part the service person KNEW we needed when we called to make apt. 3 weeks ago!) NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Was told they were "really busy with the 4th of July!" HELLO!?!?!?! What the hell!! It's the middle of camping season, we live an hour away...and now they want us to come and get it and bring it back to them!?!?!? NOT HAPPY and would NEVER purchase from this dealer EVER AGAIN!! The day they received their CASH for the RV - we no longer were CUSTOMERS of theirs! We are treated so crappy every time we have to go back for THEIR FAULTY piece of junk Jayco Greyhawk Class C!! NEVER again with Hilltop and NEVER again with JAYCO! BUYER BEWARE! We've had this Jacyo Greyhawk Class C in the shop more than we've had camping! Will NEVER purchase a Jayco again and will NOT recommend!

Jamie I am at RV expert witness

AUTHOR: RV expert witness - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, October 14, 2017

Jamie  I am an RV expert witness and when I do is I tell attorneys what RV dealerships that are dishonest do not want attorneys to know .    I'm so tired of reading all of the Rip Off Report's about RV buyers being ripped off it's time that that change.   I've seen it all I went up against one of the largest RV dealership groups in the United States and I showed in court   That the RV dealership was submitting documents with forge signatures as evidence against the customer and I proved that the document was a fraud with a ford signature just buy one phone call.

Many RV dealerships do not want  to pay their RV technicians to do pre-delivery inspections on coaches before they put them on the lot for sale they do not want to pay that expense of making sure the coach is perfect and ready to go especially if it's a brand new one.   So if they are not willing to pay to have that done that means they're not willing to pay to have the LP gas system completely check for leaks and proper operating pressures throughout the system.

So now you want to little bit of knowledge that's in my head let me explain something to you about LP gas system.    LP gas has what's called an expansion rate of 270 to 1     Let me go into some great detail for you.   Let's say that you have a propane tank for your gas grill and you go down and you pay for 1 gallon to be put into the tank so you could cook your steak while it's in the tank it's liquid under pressure you have 1 gallon.    When that 1 gallon of propane is released into the atmosphere in the form of vapor it becomes 270 gallons of explosive vapor

Let's say that you have an RV tank and you've got 35 gallons in that RV tank of propane you are ready for your trip.  you just bought the motorhome  and you have been led to believe that everything is perfect and ready to go. FAT CHANCE .

Maybe you bought you RV from an RV dealership that does not want to pay their technicians to do LP gas system checks that you have that 35 gallons in there propane tank it's in a liquid form inside the tank under pressure.    Now let's do the numbers 35 gallons of liquid propane in the tank after it is released into the atmosphere through a leak is 9450 gallons of explosive vapor that's been released from your propane system because it has a leak that nobody detected.

How big of an explosion do you think that would be  ???

Do you think it's important that all RV dealerships should show the RV buyers predelivery inspection documents that have pressure test results and leak test results to make sure that the system does not leak anything ???

I challenge anybody to post on this website on any Rip Off Report of your choice related to RV dealerships documents pictures of actual documents of the pressure testing and the leak testing results of the LP gas system that belongs to you   On the motorhome you bought.

When I went up against an RV dealership in a lawsuit the RV dealerships attorney did not want me to do what I'm going to tell you I did.   I show the  judge after asking him can I approach the bench I showed him 27 pages of repairs that a  RV needed that was represented as I do coach.

I showed that the documents related to the predelivery inspection were fraudulent was forge signatures that means that the RV dealership was willing to miss lead to court with lying to the court about the truth of the document that was represented it was an easy thing for me to reveal the forge signature why would they forge a signature on a document the only reason I come to is they did not actually  do a predelivery inspection but they wanted the court to believe they did.

Manny RV dealerships operate on squeeze the buyer till they pop or drop.  They know that the slim chance of you coming back to that same dealership to buy  another motorhome  is very slim so they really don't care about reputation.

Now let's talk about the MSRP.   Go to google and do a search on  senator Mike Monroney    Back in 1958 he passed a law that was called the Monroney Law.  Back in the day people were having issues with window stickers and prices of cars when they went to buy new one so senator mike monroney.   This law was to protect the consumers will buy a brand new passenger vehicle such as cars and light duty pick up trucks.

Most of your RV buyers do not understand MSRP's when it comes to motorhomes because the Monronet law does not apply  two RVs and heavy duty trucks.   So be very careful when you go to your next RV show and sale.   There is a strong chance that whatever window sticker you're looking at on the new motorhome you're thinking about Brian was fabricated by the RV dealership.

But we know well I would hope that Manny would know to be on the lookout for scammers in the RV industry.   Many of your RV sales reps or like gypsies they go from town to town where ever the good weather is where the RV people are going to next.   In the next couple of days is going to be a lot of people in an area called Quartzsite Arizona.    It's where a lot of people that are retired migrate to for the winter and have fun with other RV Buyers.

If you want to know more about my knowledge go to the homepage of this website scroll down a little ways and click on the big red letters that says RIP OFF REPORT LIVE !  Once you click on that page scroll down and look for the little black box on the right and click the first show    Listen to my little Radio Show lives about 35 minutes long that talks about the scams in the RV in the street and information that would make you think before you go to an RV dealership of your choice to buy a motorhome.

Think about this for second what's the first step when you go out to buy a motorhome ?    You need to know what you're going to use it for how often you going to use it and where are you going to Park it when you're not using it.   RV storage facilities can get very expensive.  Call up  5 or 6 RV storage facilities  and ask them how much does it cost to store a RV.  Take notes on each one you call I think about this for second do you think a RV sales rep will tell you what the RV storage facilities is going to tell you know because they don't want you to know about that extra expense if you have no place to park it

How do you find a experienced RV technician ?

How much does an experienced RV technician cost per hour ?

How do you find out if an RV technician is experienced and licensed to do LP gas repairs on your motorhome ?

How do you know that the RV dealership has liability insurance in case somebody screws up and burns your motorhome to the ground.

What I'm going to do is I'm going to become a dirty RV dealerships worst nightmare.  That's my mission because what I'm going to do for the next six months I'm going to offer lawyers who handle RV dealership cases my services of reviewing the documents and speaking with the RV Buyers and  the  and the plaintiffs attorney.   I'm going to review the documents after speaking with the buyer or the plaintiff and put together a report for the  attorney that's handling the case against RV dealerships.   I'm going to do it at no cost   For the next six months.

Most of the RV buyers out there today the elderly  have integrity and they believe in giving their word because it mean something to them but a lot of people in the RV industry do not believe in that they believe in cash how much can I making today from each customer.

 1. Now go to the homepage of this website

3.  Look for the little black box on the right-hand side of the next page that you're looking at you will see a audio player click on the first show.

Post your thoughts on any Rip Off Report about RV dealerships I want to hear what you have to say after listening to the show.   The  editor of this website photo shows up there for you to listen to hopefully it will educate you and inform you of things to look out for before you play part with your money like a fool.
