My mother inlaw was a patient who died at this nursing home. When she passed, the nursing home administrator refused to release the funds in the patient account to her daughter who was the contact family member. Rather, she sent the funds to Alabama Unclaimed Property. We were unable to recover these funds as the administrator refused to request the State to release the funds to the family. The administrator dodged our phone calls and refused to communicate with us. The nursing home administrator then took back the funds from the State. This business is ripping off patient accounts.
The home is also filthy, reeks of urine and needs cleaning and reprinting. DO NOT send your loved one to this place.
