Hipster thehipster.com.au They take the money and run: No delivery - no response to inquiries, Internet

Like many others writing a report I ordered a couple of memory foam pillows from this company through Eversave.  The order was placed and my credit card billed on January 24,2012.  The company required that I pay the $6 shipping charge through Paypal (the shipping payment was issued not to the company but to "timsommers9@gmail.com" so that alone should make a buyer beware.). 

The pillows never arrived.  I wrote to the company multiple times.  They responded but once stating that due to "international fulfillment issues" the shipments were delayed but assured me that they would be delivered.  After that their website simply stated "shipment pending".  This went on for four months and the company never responded to any of my susbsequnet inquiries.  They have a very poor functioning website that seems by design to misdirect inquiries. 

Finally, after several attempts by me and Eversave, the company simply stated that they would not be honoring the order.  Eversave was good enough to refund my payment, but thehipster.com.au would not refund my shipping costs and Paypal refused the claim because it was beyond their 45 day after purchase limit.  It appears this company is set up specifically to ripoff customers.  Even just the act of cancelling shipments without refund is enough to make them a lucrative business.
