We have had nothing but problems with Hiram waste over the last three years. It is very rarely that they actually pick up our trash on Tuesdays like they are suppose to. They use to tell us that they came really early but we would have our trash out by 0700 every Tuesday. Now we always put it out on Monday nights and they have no excuse. They haven't picked up our trash in two weeks and if we are fined by our Home owners association then we will be taking them to court to pay our fines since they can't find the time to do their jobs and pick up our trash. I have called everyday and I have never in three years actually spoken to a live person. They are very unprofessional and I'm sure if I didn't pay them on time they would have an issue with that. How can you run a COSTOMER SERVICE business and have such poor costomer service. I would adivise anyone who is considering using this company not to even if it means paying more.

We are still waiting for Hiram to pick up our trash it's Jan 4 2010 and the last time they picked up our trash was Dec 22nd. I have attached a picture. We are discontinuing service with them and switching to IESI.
