I have read how you have tried and tried to claim I am a competitor of yours. I am not a competitor, nor do I have interest in stating fiction. As always, you have talked yourelf into a hole that has been dug by yourself. You have rebutted my claim with three responses, and I waited until you stated something that dug your hole. From voice messages you have left for me to emails that I have proof that I choose not to prove here. This form is something that was developed to warn people against fraudulent people and companies. You stated in your response for me to show proof of my claim for $2000, if you read back at my first claim, I never stated that you owed me $2000 or that you promised to pay me $2000. You continue to amaze me with the jargon.

As the Hiringmax owner, you have posted on your own site that you were hiring for Job Specialist and Business Development Managers. The position of Job Specialist was to receive $2000 and benefits, based on your change and your numerous visits to the Labor Board, you have taken this posting off of your site, but guess what? You left it on ALL last year while hiring individuals under those conditions.

I could continue to go back and forth with you, but it is childess and will not solve anything. You have continually denied all of these claims, but checking your website has only proven that under contact us, the contacts changes so frequently that you can never know whom is working today or tomorrow. The Phillipines were used as Job Specialist, because many months after I departed your employment, someone in the Phillipines named Diane, Ace, and Louie were answering the extensions at your outsourced business. I know because I asked them and they told me that they were in the Phillipines and they were assisting Job Specialist that were in California office. So, based on those names and I am pretty sure applicants were assigned to them, that is proof enough that I am not a competitor, I am a disgruntled employee that you did not pay for my employment/independent contractor assignment. If I was an Independent Contractor, why was there never a contract signed when we initially made our transactions. You stated that after I was proven to know the system (PC Recruiter), contact applicants to assign to jobs, work job fairs and go to job fairs to pick up cards for other businesses; I would become an employee with a salary of $2000 (since you mentioned it first, I never mentioned it) and possibly be able to work from home in the future.

I know that you are still in operation, because there are still extensions assigned and new people answering the phone. Unfortunately, you never know whom would have been good people to work for you, because you continue to attempt to use that motivational speaker jargon, karate/judo or whatever you do to baffle and talk people into working for you. If you are working for Fred Omidvar, you will regret it one day, like many others before you. Get out now while you can. I don't know what ever happened to that Black female that worked with you, because she is no longer at 107@hiringmax (someone from the Phillipines was answering her extension for a while), but she never told us about the operation until it was too late and that's only because she stopped people from becoming disrespectful or violent. Little did you know she was on your side, I guess until you turned on her to and now she is gone. I hope she reads this one day. Her and the Asian guy was there for a while, I guess, but neither one of them works for you now. I chose not to name names, because their privacy is their privacy and this was a response to prove to you that I am not a COMPETITOR, I am an ex-employee and a disgruntled employee. You made promise that I did not even bring up initial in my Rip off report, but now you have spoken about how much you promised me, right there you are continuing to promote a fraud in a business that makes you have a meeting at 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, but you didn't pay overtime, but talked until 5:30 and once in a while 6:00 pm. With all this inside information, I hope you realize that I am not a COMPETITOR, but someone you used to get your job done.

This was not to be spikeful, this is only to inform others to stay away from MR Fred Omidvar and his many promises of independent contractor and salary. He has no business license displayed anywhere in his office, there is no records of a business called Hiringmax that has a license. BE CAREFUL of whom you are working for or will work for. There were many others before me. It has been a long time, but after between 1-8 months of not working there, I have been renewed and have not allowed my experience at Hiringmax to taint me. He will make you promises, just don't get sucked into the game.
