*General Comment: Once again...
I have almost two month asking for a solution on my TV and I haven't received the necessary support from Hisense company. I really need your help. All I want is to have my TV working it is a 55" TV LED. I am desesparated waiting too much and I don't knowhow long do I need to wait to get a good customer service and solution.
Problem description. = I was watching the TV as a normal day. Then the TV screen started showing different colors red, green, blue, white. One color at the time in a cycling way. Example: full screen red then slide to full screen green then slide to full screen blue.. [continued below]....
I have been waiting so long to receive a solution to my problem and its getting too long to replace or just give me my money back. I though trying new TV and Brand would really have a good opportunity but that was a wrong descision.
I will keep looking different sources until get my problem solve.
