Hitweb design heritage webdesign Took my money and did not create a website Provo, Utah

I contacted and paid money for the company to develop a website for me. they never worked on the site or put one up in 2 months. I contacted the flaky customer service and my account rep numerous times and had to wait up to 30 mins when I could get through. I really think they do not provide anything. I was never put to a website designer. Of course they wanted all the money up front. After two months and very little contact from the numerous phone calls, emails etc. I got someone online to ask for a refund and a smug jerk in the refund department threatened me that he would "MUSCLE UP" on me. I asked him for a total refund since no service was rendered and he started stating article la la of the contract says we only have to give you back 50% of the price. He said they did work on reserving the space on the server and i signed the 53 article contract that included that they were only giving 50% refund ever even if they did nothing. I complained and he didn't care. I really think that they are in the business of signing up as many clients as they can and if you get a website ok, if not they got half your money for doing nothing. THAT IS FRAUD! They proported that they were a Foutune 500 client and the refund jerk threatens you. I Probably will get half my money and may sue for non performance of a contract for the rest. I would NEVER do business with a website mill like this again. OF course they have a GREAT contract that rips off the consumer and they get to do nothing and take your money.
