HJ SMITH sold me a 2006 kia spectra for 3x the kelly blu book value and 2 wks later the transmission started going out.. They wouldnt do anything to help me get it fixed at all and lied to me about helping me.. So i stopped making the payments so i could save to fix it and they came and got it from my drive way. Now what they will do is fix it just enough to get it going again and do the same thing to someone else..... This is not the first time they have done this to people....

Why Did You Buy It?

So then, it was three times the KBB figure?  Why did you agree to buy it?  Did you buy it "AS IS"?  If so, why would you expect FREE warranty service when you don't have a warranty?  You quit making payments.  They did a repo.  Did you actually think that would not happen?
