I was a customer of Eugene Harrison of H&J Tax Solvers located in 1359 N. Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount, NC 27804.  Telephone numbers are 252-212-9040, 252-212-9041, and 252-210-3482.  Email address is h_jtaxservices@yahoo.com.  Mr. Harrison has a problem with being totally honest with his customers.  Once Mr. Harrison says that he is going to get back with you on a particular issue involing taxes, he doesn't.  You have to call him, email him, and hunt him down for any information that you need involving your taxes.  I must say that he does a good job with filing your taxes.  However, after he does your taxes and received your service, he is basically finished with you.  If you try to reach him concerning your income taxes, he will not be available to you and one of his assistants will tell you that he is busy with another client and will call you back.  The thing about that is, he never calls you back.  You have to physically show up at his job and then hope that he is either there or not trying to brush you off.

I think that Mr. Harrison's problem is organization skills and greed.  Once he has processed your income taxes he is basically finished with you.  It's a shame that I'm going to have to send him a Certified Letter in order to get him to send me a copy of my Income Tax Returns when all he has to do is send them to my email so that I can print them off! I mean how long does that takes?  I am pissed off with this dude for cursing at me on the phone when I asked him Nicely to send me a copy of my income taxes by email and he has told me on 3 occasions that he would and hasn't!!
