A child abuser In alaska who Is married to a cop gets a get out of jail free card.  Because he Is a crooked cop there Is no justice for anyone In this country while they put poor innocent people In jail.

That's a given, but she was tried by a jury of ''HER PEERS''.

Yes, I know a couple had been arrested, a couple didn't graduate from high
school, but it WAS a jury OF HER PEERS.

Do I agree with the verdict.....yes, because the DA screwed up by not going for
another crime that was a felony that was related, hence, if found guilty of
that, she would have been found guilty of Caylee's murder.  BUT, the
DA didn't do that, they rolled the dice based on one thing, 1st Degree Murder.

They lost; it was a bad move on their part.

"Your show only helps murderers and killers become famous."

The word is infamous not famous.

"This killer was freed because she had more greedy, fame hungry lawyers than the average person, coupled with a corrupt, cash grabbing Jury."

She was acquitted because the state failed to prove a difficult case. The jury can sell their story whether she was convicted or acquitted.

"We have to pay for her protection"

Do you pay taxes in Florida? No, you are in broke California.

That remark indicates you an insensitive heartless person. We must prosecute the killers to get them off the streets and as a deterrent to others.

It angers me that Casey Anthony got away with murder but it is not the fault of the jury or the prosecutors. We live in a civil society where guilt must be proven so we need to get past this and be more alert of our surroundings to aid in the protection of everyone.

Many people including me have differing opinions.

However, ours are not the ones that count in a court of law.  The juries are.  Have you ever been on a jury?

I don't know "who did it", but the jury exonerated her...get on with your life.

IF the jury made an error, I guess they'll have to live with it....but it IS the system we have in place.

Fortunately for all of us (including you) there has to be evidence to convict someone.  The jury says there wasn't enough to convict Ms. Anthony.

This is how our justice system works.  You (or Nancey Grace) do not get to decide and neither does the talking heads.  That's the juries job and they did it.

You need to get over it and move on or move to a dictatorship where you have no rights at all.

If it weren't for people like you, we wouldn't need to protect anyone.

Dear Nancy Grace, you are the reason "Swamp Mom" is famous. You made her famous and we have to stomach her presence as she collects blood money on the death of her own child. I once loved your show but now I consider your show The American Idol for Murders. Your show only helps murderers and killers become famous. 

Why should I care about missing children? If they are dead there is nothing anyone can do about it. If the murderer is caught they will become instant celebrities while making lucrative book and movie deals.  The next time some hysterical reporter starts screaming about the latest missing child, remember our broken justice system. If its a stranger Abduction/Killing , most likely theyve done it before and should have never been able to do it again. If its a woman with any type of attractiveness she will be branded as beautiful and brilliant. Casey is far from beautiful and she is not intelligent. Her lies were exposed by the police almost instantly. Unlike the jury, I listened to her jail house tapes there was nothing brilliant about her words, however she is an expert at cursing. This killer was freed because she had more greedy, fame hungry lawyers than the average person, coupled with a corrupt, cash grabbing Jury. Ive seen so many women like her shed a few tears and get probation for killing a child. Some of these women are declared crazy and released when the attention dies down. Others like Louise Woodward, who was convicted of killing a child, slipped out the back door of justice after serving 279 days. If the accused is a man or person of color it comes down to money. Just admit it. Justice can most certainly be bought. 

Swamp Mom aka Casey Anthony made the criminal justice system look like inept idiots. Not only has she slipped the noose but she has the justice system bending over backward to protect her. She wanted freedom and that includes facing the public. Casey is having her cake and eating it too. She gets the freedom but gets protection from the angry public.  Swamp Mom is receiving an unfair advantage that most people can not obtain at any price. She is being given the "Protective Custody" Treatment. This is reserved for very special Murderers. New ID , SS# and a fresh start , protected addresses and the list of measures in place to protect her goes on and on.  I bet she gets paid by the government because she cant work. A lot of deserving law abiding people would like a new name and a fresh start too but they'll need to kill an innocent child to obtain this level of help from the government. Her family is also above the law and was allowed to lie openly in court. No perjury charges for them but god forbid, if an athlete lies about steroids they are given jail time. Its ok to lie about murder but not steroids. She is above the law and is using tax dollars to appeal her lying to an officer conviction. We have to pay for her protection and the system is actually helping her to avoid testifying in lawsuits. Next Ill bet shell petition to have the whole incident declared a Late Late Late Late term abortion. No mater what she does, She can not be Jailed, or Sued. The unfairness just keeps coming. At least OJ was able to be sued.
