I ordered 2 Swimmers Remote Control Flying Fish on November 23, 2016 for my grandkids for Christmas.

The order was confirmed via email on November 23, 2015 for $71.91.

I emailed them a couple of weeks after asking status of order with no response.

On January 3, I found their website and send a message to them online asking for a refund immediately.

Still no response.
