Hobbies discount SHOCK....item paid for, not delivered and now being fobbed off with phoney excuses Internet

 I ordered an air swimmers flying shark from an internet store called Hobbies discount for my son for his Christmas present. It was a sponsored link on Facebook so I felt it was probably a safe option. By Christmas the item still hasn't shipped. I tried to cancel it but was told I couldn't as it had already shipped. In January I received an email saying that my item had just shipped, which was odd as the company had emailed me to tell me I couldn't cancel Because item had shipped in November. I waited patiently as I'm based in Australia and shipping is sometimes slow, but It is now 18th February and I still haven't received the item. I have emailed the company three times over the last week and finally received an answer for my request to refund as I hadn't received the item . They said I couldn't cancel my item because it had shipped. I am currently still waiting for a reply. It has now been three months and nothing has come, and I realise this is probably a big scam and I won't get my money back or receive anything from them. Buyers beware. These scumbags are stealing money off hardworking people and how the hell donwe get justice? It's not a great deal of money but I work really hard and every penny counts.
