HobbyTron Bad Customer Service, Billed for product and did not recieve, Internet

Terrible customer service. My folks order some toys for my kids for Christmas back in November 2012 and it has yet to be shipped. The order still shows processing after 2 months. My parents and I have contacted them several times to find out the issue and to request a refund. No one has ever responded. Their credit card has already been billed for this order. I advised my parents to dispute the charge with their credit card company.
