Hogan Transportation left me abandoned outside twice Zanesville Ohio

  A family member drove me to their Zanesville terminal to meet up with my trainer, 2 weeks after orientation by the way, and they told me be there by 6 and we were on time to find out that there was nobody there. They all leave at 5. I called and called and left many messages and I got nobody. After a couple hours waiting thinking my trainer would show up I finally decide to call their terminal in Missouri because that's the only terminal that would actually pick up the phone. I told them what happened and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I was about ready to just go home until I finally get a call back saying my trainer wouldn't be off of home time until the next day? We paid to go to a hotel for the night. For the next week with my trainer I find out that this is a normal thing with them. You can't get ahold of anyone after 5pm on weekdays and if you need something on weekends forget about it. With my trainer there was constantly bad tires on trailers we picked up and the inspection stickers on them were only a month old! We spent hours trying to get ahold of someone and always got the runaround. At the moment I'm sitting in a hotel room waiting to be kicked out at 4pm because the company can't pay them over the phone and their comdata cards that they give you cash advances on can't be used on a simple ATM. You absolutely have to use it at a truck stop as a cash advance after fueling. They want my trainer to drive to me on his time off to drive me to a truck stop so I can get money out to stay another night here. I am absolutely dumbfounded by this. I'm putting my week notice in tomorrow before they ruin my career.
