Hoitwire.com I booked a hotel with hotwire for 3 nights.. When I went to check in at the hotel, there were no acceptable pet free rooms that I could tolerate with my allergies. The hotel vendor stated I must contact Hotwire for a refund. Although I respectfully called Hotwire, they offered no remedy and would not refund my entire fee for the reservation amount.
This a was a total ripoff for no services purchased. I paid for 3 nights stay and got NOTHING! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER USE HOTWIRE EVER AGAIN AND WILL COMPLAIN AT EVERY SITE AVAILABLE TO DO SO! EVER, EVER, EVER USE HOTWIRE EVER AGAIN AND WILL COMPLAIN AT EVER SITE AVAILABLE TO DO SO!

See here's the problem. YOU turned down for whatever reasons YOU had the rooms available. Im 100% sure that your 'allergies" were NOT included in your room purchase. YOU turned down the rooms available. Its is NOT hotwires fault that YOU chose to turn down each room. THAT is on you and YOU should realize when YOU have boned yourself. By declining the rooms for a perceived medical condition shows that YOU are picky. Im also 100% sure YOUR allergies were NOT as bad as YOU try and make it sound. YOU however are trying to use that as an excuse in order to get back money paid. Neither the hotel or hotwire had ANY choice in the rooms YOU turned down. By THAT point both parties had done the job YOU paid them to do. With the exception of ACTUALLY staying in the hotel. YOU cant expect such a cheap price then AFTER they have done their part for YOU, turn around and DEMAND a refund. Especially when it was YOU who chose to NOT stay in those rooms. Neither hotwire or the hotel DENIED you a room. YOU CHOSE this path and now must walk it. Don't expect a refund when NEITHER party has done anything wrong.
