Received a check with a letter stating it was "final notice" congratulating on "winning in the 3rd category of the Mega Million Sweepstakes held on the 15th of Jan 2010". mentioned a ticket with a serial number and lucky winning numbers, 23-13-12-34. They enclosed a "check for $4450 made out by event sponsors and will be deducted from your overall winning. The balance of $120.550.00 will be sent to you through our special partner courier service in the form of a certified cashier's check."
