Nevada Based Hole in One International refused to pay a $1 million dollar winner from Oregon at a Local Casino promotion event.
They are now being sued by both the Winner and the Casino Chinock Winds. All of this stems from a screw up in implementation and follow through with The Hole in One International staff. Because they screwed up . .they feel they don't have to pay. Good Luck with that defense. "Sorry yer honor I screwed up i should not have to pay"
This comapny continues to "make it up as they go along" They have at least 30 other lawsuits and screws ups totaling over $5milion dollars in prizes and golf contests to winners.
Doesn't Oregon have triple damage clause?

Hole in One International Scam have been doing this for years. We considered using their services once, but all they did was slander others in order to gain our trust.
This is the most unethical company I have ever come up against as we fact checked their statements. Zero were correct, not even 1 fact did they present us in the sales pitch. overblown sales winners
I as a long time purchaser of these services, there are so many more out there that do a better job we strongly recommend to RUN away from this troubled individual and comapny
