My 70y/o aunt had her luggae stolen from the Holiday Inn Hotel. The hotel ownership and manager/Eric has not helped search for her stolen bad. They lied to the police and didnt offer any refund or compensation. The Newark police and gift shop manager has stated that this was a inside job!!!! The hotel gift shop manager told my aunt, brother and Newark Police htat this happens all the time. The hotels onlu response was that " We warned you" My aunt is 70y/o, and was in town finishing her rediaition. Her clothes, personal items, medical items and identification was stolen. We are asking the hotel to please respond to my aunts plea!!! You owe her money for the stolen luggage. We will not stop until Viola's items are returned or reinbursement is made!!!! Besides the hotel is full of Pimps, Hookers and Drugs. I guess thats why the airline employees dont stay at the hotel. The owners also own the Crowne Plaza. Newarl International Airport.
