Holiday Inn Oceanfront - Cheaptickets.com ripoff Cocoa Beach Florida

I booked a vacation in early July through Cheaptickets.com with airfare and hotel included in the package.

Once we get to the hotel, of course there is a thunderstorm and no lights, we had to wait over 5 hours for our room, which looked like a hot-sheets hotel, as while we were there my camera was stolen. I suck it up and can't wait to go home and get away from the hell place.

Surprise comes today in August, Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront charged my card an extra $400.34 on top of being charged for the trip by Cheaptickets.com.

I contacted both and cheaptickets won't respond while Holiday-Inn sends me this e-mail: 'newyork1172@safe-mail.net'"

I have tried to reverse the charge made to your credit card several times today by attempting to charge Cheaptickets for your stay and the charge has
been denied. It is very possible that the same attempts were made when you checked out of our hotel and because we could not charge Cheaptickets we charged you instead. We have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this issue and
feel your only recourse is to contact Cheaptickets and have them resolve the issue. They have not paid us for your stay and in order for us to credit
your charges we must be able to charge Cheaptickets.

IN OTHER WORDS, WARNING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM BOTH THESE PLACES. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF SCAM THEY HAVE IN CAHOOTS BUT I AM REPORTING THEM IN TWO WEEKS IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED, TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, MY BANK AND MAKING A POLICE REPORT FOR THEY HAVE ROBBED ME BY TAKING $400.34 THROUGH MY CARD WITHOUT MY PRIOR CONSENT NOR PERMISSION AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME WHAT IS MINE.
