On 6-18-08 called Holiday T.V. for repair service of our Hitachi Big Screen T.V. He came out that day and had his 12 year old son with him. He hooked up his computer to the TV and said it was the power supply. His son in the meantime was touching things. My husband and I were both there and had to watch this boy as the father was giving us a quote on the TV. He said it would be $508.05 and we had to pay up front, because he had to order the part on his credit card. So my husband signed and I made out the check. We told him my husband has cancer and we need the TV when could he fix it. He said between 5 and 7 pm on 6-23-08. He was fixing it late because my husband was to have chemo that day. Well I ended up putting my husband in the hospital and on 6-23-09 came home from the hospital to meet with Marty to fix the TV. He never showed up and did not call. At 7:30 pm that night I called his number and a recording came on saying he could not take any call at this time. He called me in the morning and made another appointment for 2 to 4 pm the next day. I told him my husband was in the hospital. He came at 3 pm, again brought his son. I was watching his son because again he was touching things and finally took him to play a game so he would leave our things alone. I never saw the new parts and later found out you cannot get parts for this TV any more. He stayed for awhile and said he had to e-mail Hitachi because he could not fix the TV with out knowing some routing number. He said he would be back in two days. Two days came and went, no Marty. I called, kept getting the same message, could not take calls. Went to a pay phone and called him and got the same message. To this day have not heard back from him and no money returned. I feel we are ripped off because you cannot get parts and he had to have known this after he tryed to order them, because I found out after the fact that you can't get parts for this TV. Hope there is something I can do about this. We want our money back.

I had no clue abot this mans health. She is using this to build her story. Yes my son was touching her treadmill which was in front of the tv, and yes her set can be fixed, parts are available even to date, i did show up that night but no one was home and i left a card. i came back and needed additional parts, she then proceeded to ignore my calls and i stopped by with no one there and left another card. i havnt heard from her since.

I had filed a report with Florida's Department of Justice and Consumer Services about this company and they said they were investigating it. There are at least 5 other complaints on this guy and company and still nothing is being done. The Department said they were turning the complaints over to the District Attorney's Office but I have heard nothing to this date. This man is operating out of Largo, New Port Richey and now Tarpon Springs. He is mobil and has no store location. We have been doing our own investigation. He has still never contacted us and never bought the part for the TV that he charged us for, we found out the part does not exist. Some thing has to be done about this guy, he hit us at a time when my husband was going thru surgery and cancer treatments, we feel he has taken advantage of us and are ready to go to the media with this. We want our money back, he did not earn it, he is ripping people off. I hope more people ban together to get this man out of business, don't understand why something has not been done. Who can help, anyone out there?
