Holistica Expo/Robinson Expositions deceitful and dishonest business practices; they owe me over $7,000 for work performed on their behalf and promised compensation; Ft. Myers Florida

Calvin and Deborah Robinson operate Robinson Expositions and Holistica Expo. They formerly were known as Body, Mind, Spirit Expo. They hired me to move to Florida from Ohio and to create a magazine for them. I worked seven days a week to meet their daunting schedules - we had to have a 72-80 page magazine in print for each expo and some expos were stacked in the same month. I literally worked four months for them and the ONLY time I took off was TWO WEEKENDS in four months.

How was I rewarded for my diligent, professional and successful magazine creation? My paychecks began to bounce. When I told Calvin of the problem, he told me, without apology, that I would "just have to wait."


To date they owe me over $7,000. But it isn't just me. They are being sued by a number of people. Their business practices are highly unethical - they sold two different people franchises/licenses for the St. Petersburg, Florida area, for example, and took money from both for a supposedly "exclusive" territory.

They are thieves. Period. Be warned. Do NOT get involved with them despite their charm and facile tongues! DO NOT TRUST a single word they say!
