Starboard Cruises starboardcruise rip off Miami Florida

after reading the report left by one person concerning starboard cruise line i thought i would add my own comments. After saving for a special anniversary my husband and i took a cruise to alaska whilst onboard my husband purchased a ring for me the size wasnt right but the young lady that sold us it said its quite easy when you get home you just send it to the address with the form insured signed for delivery we do the alteration.

so this is what i did the form stated that the repair would take up to ten weeks.that was the begining of october 07 since then i have sent countless email to find out about the ring regular emails have been sent to monica jones also someone called amaya nirso.

when they did finally condesend to send an emailafter my contacting the travel people we used.the email said could i tell them who had signed for it.living in the uk ithought they should know this not myself.

since then i have contacted our royal mail who in turn got in touch with usa postal service who confirmed thr parcel had been deliverd to the address stated on 16 oct 07.

once again i sent emails to the two people named plus a picture of the guarantee so they could see what the missing ring looked like and could they please replace it as they are the ones that have lost it back to the same response no reply i suppose now i am just suppose to write the loss off.

i think people that go on these cruises should be warned not to buy any jewellery onboard instead of being told by the ship not to buy jewellery when we visited the places we stopped at as we were likely to be ripped off that seems such a joke now
