I received a phone call from an woman in their Denver office saying she had a picture of my license plate going through a toll road in Orange County without paying a toll, and wanted to charge me $110.  I have never been to Orange County and also told her that that auto had been sold to a dealer over five years ago.  I spent $30 with the DMV to get a copy of my release of liability form, which I have.  Have never heard back from them, so am not doing anything.  This sounds like a scam.  My only question is how they got my new phone number.
