Hollywood Block VideotheaterDVD refuses to send movie, claiming I never bought it. I have a confirmation #. Internet

I ordered "Electric Dreams" on DVD from stores.videatherdvd.com on 4/13/13, but it never arrived. I contacted "customer service" at the email I was given when I ordered. I did it by smart phone, so I did not have a printout of the page, just wrote down the confirmation # and email.

My first email to them was answered with a form letter saying that if the DVD didn't play, to contact customer service. I answered that my video never arrived, so I didn't know if it played or not, and to please actually read my email before sending a form answer. They answered with, "Invalid confirmation #"  I looked at the number in the email, and it magically had two extra zeros added in. 

So, I answered back that somehow, there were extra zeros, and here is the correct number: xxxx xxx xxx. They responded with "still a no go...are you sure you bought it?" At that point, I looked in my bank readout online, and found the name of Hollywood Block, dated the 13th of April, for 19.90 and a phone number. I called it and got a recording. 

That's when I put the name and number into google, and found this site, with many many other complaints for the exact same monetary amount. This operation needs to be shut down.
