I have ordered three pairs of contacts from these guys at three separate times for a total of $54.00 spent. The last ones I ordered last week and received Friday 10/30/09, one of them feels fine and the other is very uncomfortable and I can't wear it, so that was a waste. The same thing happened with the second pair I got but they are a different color so I can't use the two good ones from the different batches, so now I am stuck with two contacts that are bad of different colors and visa versa. The first time I ordered them, there was a rip in it, so I wrote and got No response, so I called and the guy said that "since they were opened, I can't replace them, you need to look at them through the packaging before you open them "(which is difficult to tell because the background is silver). But I did the next two times I got them...... the second time, I thought it might just be my eye plus I didn't like the color so I wanted to get something else so I didn't bother complaining, but when it happened again.. I knew something wasn't right and it is not my eye because when I put the defected on in either eye, it's painful but the other one feels fine in both so its the contact! I always examine them while they are still in the cases and even now looking at them I don't see anything wrong, but one is un-wearable in each set right out of the packaging.. Which was disappointing because I really wanted to wear them on Halloween. They said they will not replace or refund and they NEVER Respond to emails, so good luck, but I recommend not buying from them. There is no customer satisfaction with them.. I even tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe I did something, but three times.. come on!
