I have been coming to Hollywood Imprts for years.

Tony has worked on all three of my vehichles not to mention I am so confident in his work that I recommend him to friends, family, and collegues.

He has always been nothing ,but professional throughout the years and has even gone above and beyond for me in savings and honesty.

I brought my 66 Mustang to him when others told me it needed an extensive amount of work. The car was in near mint so I know the othe rmechanics were trying to make some money off a girl who clearly wasn't knowledgeable. Tony told me it only needed two things not the 5 things the others recommended. It has worked beautifully for me ever since and he saved me a couple thousand dollars in which I am so grateful!!

I applaud him for his true work ethic as he takes pride in what he does.

Good work takes time- when you have such a custom build it takes awhile to make it to profection- there are no definite times to get your vehichle back.

When you want a custom it costs money, 5,000 is reasonable - shop around it would have been ALOT more.

As to the comments on the drinking- I have never seen Tony drinking on the job in all the years I have been going to him.

I believe his son now works for Porsche and I highly doubt Porsche would hire someone , give them a strong salary if they were not confident in their work.

And as for me I WOULD NEVER LET ANYONE WORK ON MY CLASSIC MUSTANG WHO DIDNT HAVE THE KNOW HOW.

Tony is amazing - I will continue to be a returning customer AND I will continue to recommend him. How dare you slander someones name like this. He is a good person and an honest solid mechanic!!!

 congratulations its Jacova, a mere pauper born in Bethlehem. This woman Gina is lying. She doesn't want to pay her 5,000 outstanding balance for a Mercedes we put Gulf wing doors on. This lady is confused. She kissed up on my boyfriend. Said she loved the car and wanted to take me to lunch. Later I found out she put her knee on his genitals. I have pix of the car and her acting inappropriate and seductive. Sure I'm not 70. I'm merely 56. But I have a way bigger heart and intellect. This site really doesn't want to loose in court. But they will to the tune of $50,000.

 I have been taking my Mercedes to this shop for 10+ years, Tony has always taken care of my car’s for reasonable price. I have never been ripped off, if something is not fixed or working properly he goes above and beyond to make it right. He hired me as independent contractor part-time to do social media and marketing for Hollywood imports. And I recall the women and her car that wrote this article. She wanted to do out of the ordinary fiber glass alterations to the body and doors of her Mercedes against Tony’s suggestions and his 30+ years of experience. Even with him making perfectly clear that she should not do so, as the car was not designed for that she wanted to still have the work done. The shop gave a time frame of when the car would be ready, they did exceed that due to some complications along the way, and having to order special parts that took longer then usual.

I don’t think anyone gets there car back exactly when body shops say that’s why the give a guesstimation of when your car will be ready. After the car was completed, she owed a balance of $5000.00 that she never paid. I have no idea about his drinking issues but i never saw him drinking on the job the three months i worked for him and as for his 27 year old son he had been working in the family business for years, and is currently now working at Porsche. i doubt they would have hired him if he wasn’t an excellent mechanic. I have recommend tony to all of my friends and family because he is a trustworthy mechanic which is sometimes hard to find especially in Los Angeles. He’s clients drive from all over California to have him work on their vehicles. The women that wrote the article was warned not to do the off the wall alterations to her car, and never paid for remaining balance of the work that was done in my eyes she is the one that is in the wrong and should be made to pay the remaining balance that is owed to tony. Unfortunate that people like her always trying to scam get things free.
