Holmes Motors Ripped me off for down payment after having car one month Montgomery Alabama

 On february 27,2017 I paid Holmes motors a 2900 down payment I was told that you can pay biweekly or by the month I choose by the month as I'm on a fixed income I was told it would be a higher payment by the month then if I paid biweekly. Ok two weeks later they sent some to steal the car back for 220 dollars ok I went to get the car back I was told by Chris in collecting that he will be getting the car back also he told me that no one else could drive the vehicle but me but as stated in my insurance policy as long as the car is covered whoever I give consent to drive the car is insured not only that they tracked the vehicle every move. I was in accident involving a deer so the vehicle was towed to local tow yard to be picked up by the insurance adjuster so myself and insurance adjuster called to have the vehicle released to the adjuster before the adjuster could pick the car up they tracked the car and pick it up themselves when I reported this to Better Business Bureau they lied and said I abandoned the car Holmes motors is nothing more than liers and ripping people off. All I want is 1500/1900 of my down payment back I won't stop until I get justice and to tell people to not give them your business if you do you will regret it
