Fast Blog Support BLOGHELPSUPPORT.COM Doesn't cancel accounts when you call in. Won 't refund the charges. Internet

I signed up with this company http://www.bloghelpsupport.com/afs/ybp! to make money working from home.  As soon as I signed up I relized that it might be a scam after doing more research on the internet about it.  That same day I canceled my account but found out 2 months later that they are still charging my bank account for services.  9/29 charged $74.97 and 10/27 charged me $74.95.  I called them and was assured by the customer service rep that she can see my account was canceled in Sept. and said that they had some problems with a new system and she will make sure I get my refund within 7 to 10 business days.  That never happened and so I called again over and over and over again.  Their phones wouldn't work.  Finally I got through and was told that my account still shows active and they tried to presuade me to buy other products/services. 

When I finally managed to get to the billing department after an hour on the phone I was able to get one refund only and the line was disconected.  I called again the next day and they told me that they are having phone problems and I should try the next day so that they can transfer me to billing department.  Called today 12/5/09 and spoke with billing.  They told me that they have no record of any previous calls that I made between Sepetember and November.  That I was even lucky to get the first refund.  The billing specialist had bent the rules and helped me out.  I was outraged.  It appears that they will not refund my my other money.  Their company is a scam.  I hope they burn in hell for what they are doing to people.
