Richard Payne Have signed contract to provide Mr. Payne detailss of Duplexes or Triplexes that are for sale preferably by owner.Mr. Payne claims to have investors eager to purchase . Albuquerque New Mexico

In Febuary I submitted property details to Richard Payne on forms he provided,a (4) duplex apatment,a six apatment double Tri-plex and another Tri-plex.All these were for sale by owner ,two were desperate and one highly motivated to sell.Mr. Payne never acknowledged my property detail submissions.

I attempted numerous times to reach him by phone always an answering machine that was always full.I then e-mailed him inquiring why no response to the deals sent him,said he would look into it and get back to me on monday Feb 26,2007 and this was on Friday 23'rd.

To date never heard from him again and I continue trying to reach him by phone and always same response mail box full.
