Home Choice Plans is a fraud! They have a great website but a low level of service behind their home warranty claim service. Bought home warranty in March of 2011, had service done on rental townhouse HVAC unit in July of 2011. Submiited claims materials twice via fax, once via email, and have recieved written confirmation as of October 2011 that the paperwork has finally made it to the claims department. To date, after many phone calls, phone messages, emails, no one from the claims department has responded.

If you are looking for a home warranty service look somewhere else!

Mr. Kacey Crouch, the president of Home Choice should be ashamed. He is running a sham outfit, if not an out right scam! Real companies, hire real people to return phone calls! Not stalling and delaying and ignoring tactics!
