Home Depot #6570 sold "yellow wood" that had been treated when the wood wasn't cured>2X8 decking in trailer srunk, twisted, worped Sunset Valley, Texas

I have also filed a complaint but not on Home Depot, it is on YellowWood the manufacturer of the inferior product. 

The warping mentioned is due to improper
 treatment & installation of the lumber used for trailer decking.
As a contractor, one should understand proper handling, treatment, fastening of the lumber using. 
Have you ever noticed in the paint section, they sell Pressure treated lumber wood preservative? There is a reason for this being sold. Besides adding additional protection to decay, for treating all cut ends once cut to size, the product reduces dry time preventing any warping or excessive shrinkage. 
When you get the treated lumber, coat it with the preservative, allow to air dry, then cut as to size & properly secure with the proper fasteners for treated lumber. 
Once completed apply an additional top coat of the preservative & you will have a long lasting product with minimal movement & warping, if any.

As far as items falling from the trailer? 
This due to improper securing of the items, with ties or a tarp suitable for securing the items placed in the trailer for transporting. 
Items falling from any auto or trailer is due to operator error, 100% of the time.

If truly wish to help the public, you would first educate yourself, read the info sheet for cutting & handling of pressure treated lumber, along with proper fasteners to use for pressure treated lumber, there is a difference.

Please know, while it is one's right to their belief, it is also one's responsibility to NOT make false claims as I believe you have. 
Your clams made, (with your claim of beng a "contractor"), in the name of safety, give Contractors a bad name.

The yellow wood that is sold at home depot is pre-treated. All of it. The green is from the tree that has not been dried out, and the yellow is the treatment. This yellow wood is used more for decks.. not trailers. Your best bet would be to coat it with a weatherized chemical instead. If you notice on the end caps at a homedepot store, they might have yellow wood out by the pro desk, and because of the heaters it will bend and shrink unless it is screwed down in several spots. (Id say every 2-3 feet.) The treated wood is for weather, not heat.

The wood was not cured prior to treating? Did you use a moisture meter?  I didn't think so. 

This is getting old. Swap the wood or get over it. You sound like a real drama queen. Buy your wood at a real Lumberyard in the future. Also quit calling 2x8's decking.

This is decking on a work trailer.  It is a very old trailer, but was built with a 3500lb deck load.  It has been re-decked twice before and not had this problem.

And yes,  I WAS NOT KIDDING....If something comes out of someones trailer and hits someone because of them not caring.  Home Depot is getting a lawsuit filed on them.  I will testify in court that I had warned Home Depot of this issue two times very strongly.  I was not asking for any money from Home Depot  I was thinking of protecting the people of my state of Texas. I don't want that bad YellowWood near my trailer anymore.  Not buying that trash anymore.  They don't care, and Home Depot doesn't care.

What is your point here?

 First off, 2x8's are not decking. The principal use of a 2x8 is for a floor joist. Everyone knows that PT wood shrinks, twists and checks if left in the sun, especially unsecured.Using them on a horizontal surface would require proper fastening to stop warping and bowing.

If you are a Contractor you would surely know that wood is a natural product and may have defects.Everyone knows that HD would have gladly replaced them or gave you your money back. Three Months later and you are still complaining?? Something isn't right here.

Someone is going to die? Are you for real?? 

Wood is wood, I have seen houses from the 1950's built with old army ammo crates.  Back in the 70's I put an addition on my house with cheap knotty, twisted and bent lumber and it came out rather nice and is still standing today, just took a little more time working with it.  Given enough nails and some scrap wood you can build anything.  How will it kill anyone?

Some people think you need special wood in order to build or it won't be safe.  We have become a nation of over cautious kooks.  I have watched builders in Asia construct 3 and 4 story buildings with scaffolding made from sticks and branches tied together and not have an accident.  If the lumber they sold you has some kind of special promise to never warp or twist then just take it back and get a refund.  You are making a mountain out of a molehill.  If they replaced or refunded, then no harm no foul.

I don't know what kind of contractor you are but, you obviously go for the highest quality, you must be very expensive.

This is what happens to southern yellow pine if it is not handled properly. . It sounds like you left it in the sun & did not secure it correctly. Maybe you should hire a contractor for your projects in the future because it sounds like you don't really know what you are doing.
