Two years ago we purchased a Task Force 2000 pressure washer, with in the first day the handle on the roll up spool broke, FAIP replaced the handle via ups. The second time I used it the electric motor burned up with a plume of smoke, I contacted FAIP again and after a long time on the phone, they had me send in the entire unit.

They did provide the ship ups. Several months went by and no word, I contacted and they stated there was a mix up and they would send it asap. Several weeks went by and I contacted them again, they stated they would send it out. I recieved the pressure washer but it was a different color and pressure washer than the one I sent in.

It was September by the time I got it but I tried it out, it leaked water in several places like the handle and water connections at the spool, I called FAIP again, This replacement pressure washer Did Not Have a Serial Number......very questionable, I did save the serial number from my orginal unit and by the following spring I received a spool which was useless, and a new handle. I assembled the new handle on the unit and used it one time to clean my deck last week,

Today I got it out and connected the water and now water is gushing from underneath the pressure washer, I looked underneath the unit and water is leaking from the pump. This pressure washer has spent more time away and being repaired than the amount of tiome I could use it...I give up and feel ripped off, I won't be going to Lowes for anything else ever again....but Where can I get a reliable pressure washer? I know this one is out of warranty

To the Customer Service Representative at FAIP:
The phone number you provided is out of service, I sent you an email one week ago, no response.  I error'd in my original title and if possible, I would like to change it to Lowes as to where my purchase was instead of Home Depot.
