MY REFIGARATOR BROKE DOWN. MY LAND LORD WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT A REFRIGERTOR. EVEN THOUGH HOME DEPOT ADVERTISES SPEEDY DELIVER OF APPLIANCES THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 9 DAYS TO GET A REFRIGERATOR FROM THIER MILWAUKEE WAREHOUSE 90 MILES AWAY. I HAVE OVER $200 OF MEAT IN THE FREEZER OF THE BAD REFG. AND A 3 YR OLD DAUGHTER. HOME DEPOT ID GUILTY OF FALSE ADVERTISING AND LYING TO THE PUBLIC. THE LANDLORD IS USING HIS HOME DEPOT CHARGE CARD. THE HOME DEPOT STORE MANAGER SAID 10 DAYS WAS ALL HE COULD DO ON DELIVERY. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE MEAT SPOILING AND MY DAUGHTER NOT HAVING MILK. WHAY AN UN CARING MAN, STOR AND CORPORATION.
THEY JUST DON'T CARE

home depot is not responsible for you and your family. it's a store, why don't you go into a restaurant and say you're late and need your food in 3 minutes, you will look like an idiot. for some reason people feel like the home depot owes them something. it's just a store, take care of yourself like every other human being.

This is your landlords fault. Put the blame where it should be. Why should a business care about your meat and daughter. They are there to make money to support their sons and daughters. Your landlord should have rented one until the replacement arrived.

THANK YOU, MS BAKER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE CORPRATE DIDN'T BLAME ANYONE, INSTEAD SHE GOT THE STORE TO DELIVER A LOANER SO 3 YR OLD AMYIA COULD HAVE FRESH MILK NOT CHUNKY MILK. 9 DAYS IS A LONG TIME IN JUNE TO BE WITHOUT A FRIG. I AM HAVING A PROBLEM UNDERSTANDING THE STORE MANAGER'S RESPONSE THAT THE LANDLORD SHOULD HAVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT STORE AND NOT BUY THE FRIG FROM HOME DEPOT. HE HAD A CHARGE ACCOUNT WITH HOME DEPOT AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. WHERE IS HIS LOYALTY TO HIS EMPLOYER? HOME DEPOT HAS PROVED TO BE THE BEST PLACE TO BUY FROM BUT IT TOOK MS BAKER TO PROVE IT. SHE DID A WONDERFULL JOB AND I WILL TELL ALL MY CUSTOMERS, FAMILY AND FREINDS.
THANK YOU ERIKA AND AMYIA

If you knew it would take that long then, why buy from them? Blame your land lord. Also, turn off your CAPS and spell check.

When you place an order at Home Depot, they look up their stock and tell you when it can be delivered. What "speedy delivery" guarantee are you referring to? As far as I know, they advertise "free" delivery, not immediate delivery. No store is going to have every single appliance on hand for immediate delivery and I don't think HD claims that.
The real culprit here is your landlord. Why didn't he buy a refrigerator from a company that had it in stock locally and could deliver right away? He's the one who decided to buy a refrigerator that he knew would take 9 days to deliver.
