 Contacted Home Experts to repair a flange in one of my bathrooms they showed up on 5-22-17 to repair the flange on 7-14-17 the toilet was loose and they came out again billed me 190 dollars the first call and 110 dollars the second time. turns out Mike their plumber tightened the bolts too tight and snapped the plastic flange. on 7-17-17 I fileda BBB complaint on this 3rd time they refused to come out leaving the toilet upstairs useless.

On 7-26-17 I spoke with Russ Denker the owner who assured me I would get my money back for the botched work. the next day I called and spoke to Carol who stated that they were going to take care of the 110 dollar bill but would not refund my 190 dollar payment. I explained the work was botched and never completed leaving me to have to fix the toilet myself. I now have to take the company to small claims. I alao had to tear the ceiling underneath apart twice. first time for Mike to put wood underneath to secure the flange the second time when the toilet broke loose. I had to tear it down again because he did not secure the wood to anything leaving it only screwed to the flange.
