WE accepted to pay the fee and agreed to give a check of an original deposit of $500.00.Mme Levine was suppose to send us a contract regarding the work to be perform by her company which she never did. On monday march 27 2017 Mme Levine contacted me asking me to replace the original check stating the first check had been return for insufficient funds. In disbelief we ask her to verify the information since there could have not been any reason why it would have got return. Mme Levine was been aggressive and demanded a check right away.I advise her i will contact my bank and would verify.After verification my bank assured me the check had cleared & paid to Mme Levine. Hence the inappropriate behavior and unprofessional attitude we decided to cancel any business relationship with Home Financial Group. We sent several email to formally advise of our decision and ask for immediate refund. We have tried to contact the Home Financial Group they hang up the phone. Mme Levine called me and was giving crazy statement about going ''New york'' on us and she would send people to our house.I have advise her all we wanted was to get our money back and never deal with her or Home Financial Group LLC. Still today we have not receive our money from Home Financial Group.
BE VERY CAREFUL DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*** THEY WILL NOT ADRESS YOUR ISSUE AND CINDY LEVINE SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND WILL TRY TO PLAY YOU FOR YOUR MONEY.

The owner of the company stated above deems it important to file a rebuttal against the negative claims directed to the company and its Founder/President. Alluding to the clarification published by the author of the claim; The Founder/President of the company stated above is "honest and practices business morality".
The negative claims have been cleared up and the truth has been revealed. It is important to reiterate that the author published a reply retracting their claims and divulging the truth about the company mentioned above and its Founder/President.
Unfortunately, given ROR's policy, the claim cannot be removed. I hope this rebuttal in addition to the author's clarification statement serve as ample evidence of inaccuracy around this negative report.

On Monday April 3 I have received a phone call from Mr Medardo F. Cevallos from HOME FINANCIAl GROUP explaining how they are not involve with Mme CINDY Levine para legal services. Mr Cevallos clearly explain to me that they do not provide credit repair services and that mme Levine had no authorization conducting such business if their office. Mr Cevallos was clearly not inform of mme levine business activity nor was he ever involve. After a good conversation he apologized and show a great sense of understanding. Mr Cevallos assured me he will do everything to help us recovering our funds. Being a business man myself I can recognize the sincerity of an individual and honest business man and for this reason PLEASE REMOVE********* ANY association involving Medardo F. Cevallos/Homefinancial Group with Mme CINDY LEVINE. ******. I BELIEVE IN HOMEFINANCIAL GROUP HONESTY AND BUSINESS PRACTICE MORALITY. REGARDS
