I was hesitant to purchase from an online store that I knew little about as I am a cautious shopper. I happened to find a brand of furniture that I find to be of quality on their website for a very appealing price. The color looked right and the chairs looked beautiful.

Little did I know that I would be stuck in such an awful situation. The delivery was a mess, they had to reschedule multiple times as they could not comprehend that we were a business with business hours of 8am-5pm. They then showed up at 7:00am and left the chairs alone without anyo0ne to receive the delivery. I had to physically carry them up the flight of stairs and into the office and unpackage. We were not given an option to refuse them right away.

Once the chairs were visible, I was very disappointed with their detail and craftmanship. Not only are they wobbly, but the color looks to be DARK black. I reviewed the the chairs and pictures on their website and even looked at their "variation policy" in color.

There is NO WAY that this chair resembles even remotely what is listed in the picture. This is NOT a slight variance. We have called and asked repeatedly for the chairs to be picked up and sent back, which they have not done or responded to.

We took multiple photos of the chair which they were supposed to "review" in the different light settings to prove that the color was not due to the lighting in our office. We still have not heard back after multiple calls and emails to the staff and Lee Krumbine (President).

We also checked the manufactureres website for the chairs and they were not even listed! They must be discontinued... I wonder why.

Finally we recieve a voicemail from the president who we have called back about 7 times and have not heard back from him or gotten ahold of him to discuss. We have repeatedly asked for the chairs to be sent back and that is not what they want to do.

I will never do business with Home Galleries again and I will fight this issue about the chairs. I am not going to give up 50% to restock a product that was poorly delivered, falsely advertised, and has wasted so much of my time.

I am very disappointed with the service in this matter. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.
