HOME GUARDIAN SOLUTIONS TOOK $1995.OO FROM US, $2500.OO FROM A REFERAL AND $1670.00 FROM ANOTHER REFERAL NEWPORT BEACH, California

they called us and said they could get our loan rate lowered and asked for referral and we would get $200.00 for each referal, i gave them 2 referals as one lady is being evicted, and they wanted $$$$ up front and we all gave the money ,

 we have left voice mails, emails and no one will call or answer any emails.erik hall did answer the phone last week and i told him i needed to know what was going on wiith the process of our loan and he said i cant help u i will transfer you and i said no i only get voice mails and again he cant help me and transferred me to customer service.  

we received a letter stating mark carter would be in touch with us weekly and we have never heard from him at all.,or anyone else. these are people that are loosing there house and she borrowed the money and she asked for them to return money, but nothing again.
