David Keifer his name might also be Tommy Dickson with Home improvement Inc. has took over $12000 from a Vera Fuller and took materials from her job to rebuild the beach pub
Diavid Keifer hired people to do the work and has not paid them for their work
David keifer has also charged materials to Vera fuller that she does not need
David Keifer says he is an out of state contractor from the state of Florida contractor lic#00386134 he has to have a bussiness lic for the state of Virginia and has not showed one
