Home-Liberty.com is not licensed by the Department of Real Estate or the Department of Corporations and is operating illegally.

I work in the DA's office and we are currently investigating this company for conducting illegal lending and Real Estate activities in California.

No licensing in place, high interest rates, and the only lending experience seems to be provided by a licensed loan officer that works for a Loan Broker based in Southern California.

Beware of any unlicensed company gathering your private financial information and telling you how they can help you save your home.

If you are contacted by this company, please call the California Department of Corporations immediately and report their activities.

HomeLiberty is no Ripoff or Scam!

AUTHOR: Emil - ()

POSTED: Sunday, May 12, 2013

I personnaly dealt with HomeLiberty for a good portion of 2012. Mr. Moore and Mr. Smida were always professional, courteous, and prompt in their questions and responses to questions I had throughout the process. Their dogged determination to find a resolution to my dilemna was amazing. And find it they did.

My home was improperly (and probably illegally) foreclosed upon by arguably the worst offending bank in this crisis. And it was Gone! Sold at auction to a competing mega-bank that actively pursued eviction of my family. The Sheriff was at my door twice. When I actively fought eviction through litigation, the banks backed off but as soon as the judged stated, "It appears your resolution is well on its way" and hit the gavel, they were on me again.

That's when I found HomeLiberty. I believe they took me on as a challenge - to see how good they were - to see if they could achieve what a highly-rated law firm and thousands upon thousands of dollars could not - to get my home back to me. That they did - and a whole lot more. Before, I was a bit upside down on my first mortgage + I had a 110k second. After, with HomeLiberty's intervention and intense negotiation prowess, I am comfortably still in my home, I have 100k Positive equity, and the second mortgage is gone, forgiven, disappeared.

If anyone would like further information about my case or about the allegations of scamming or phony loans or brokers or anything else, please contact HomeLiberty. I have given them permission to give out my Personal Phone Number so that someone else who needs help but has concerns can talk to me direct - right here in the house they saved for me.

Lying Legal Eagle

POSTED: Sunday, June 26, 2011

The anonymous person who posted the Ripp Off Report is lying or terribly misinformed on a number of facts.

They claim they "work in the DA's office."  But, HomeLiberty has not been contacted by anyone with even a single complaint (as of June 26, 2011).  This includes no customer complaints, and no contact at all from *any* District Attorney's office.

HomeLiberty is fully compliant with all California and Federal regulations.  We are happy to review any concerns the author might have if they chose to contact us.

The author of this post never contacted HomeLiberty to voice any complaint, or to verify any of his facts.

If you have a concern about HomeLiberty, please *do* contact the California Department of Corporations.  I would also like to hear from you directly.  We strive to be fully compliant, and we take our customers concerns very seriously.

HomeLiberty is dedicated to bringing fair, honest, and dignified solutions to families suffering with severe negative equity.

Below you will find my personal contact information.  If you have any concerns, please call me directly.

Sincerely,

Mark Moore, CEO
