Home Security Store Horrible Tech Service from, Internet

Don't buy from this company! Horrible tech support! after several calls to tech support and hanging up from being left on hold so long, then call #5 and 48 minutes on hold I finally get a tech who was helpful until we got disconnected, we knew I was not happy about the horrible tech support and hold time and ya think he would have called me back??? Nope! I have a brand new system that is not working and I am not call them again! Lesson learned, pay a little more and buy from a company that can help you after they take your money!
